(RBTs are on the floor working directly with the kiddos). I can tell you The RBTs are AMAZING!!. They are Compassionate, Energized and Skilled. The kiddos are Loved on like crazy....no Shortage of Love. (Your kiddos will be in Great Hands). BCBAs- are knowledgeable. Work Environment- Very clean, a bit Micro-managy, and not much room for growth. The Owner- she's very Intentional with her company, She's a Micromanager, a bit passive aggressive and has some biases but she's not Unkind. She's actually very nice.
