It all started in 2006 when...
Ann Baloski, with the primary goal to provide ABA program supervision to one child on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD), created her own company. Next, she added the goal to supervise individuals seeking board certification in behavior analysis. More than a decade later, Ann continues her belief in each individual client and therapist saying, “I feel that the goals of the company are still the same today. For each of our staff, each client is that one child that he/she is assigned, that one child that becomes his/her focus, aim, joy, and challenge as he/she develops skills in ABA intervention.” Ann was trained at Western Michigan University, where she studied under Jack Michael, Dick Malott, Al Polling, Linda LeBlanc and Lisa Baker.
