Ann Baloski, MA, BCBA, Founder and Executive Director

Ann Baloski is graduate of Western Michigan University’s Applied Behavior Analysis program.  She has been Board Certified in Behavior Analysis since 2003 and practicing ABA in Indiana since 2000.  She has consulted with state agencies, participated on the management team for the closure two state institutions and later with Outreach Support Services.  She has overseen staff development and ABA/VB programs for Children with Autism for two different Centers.   Ann has been adjunct Faculty for Ball State University; teaching an undergraduate ABA coarse and collaborated with BSU's Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders, where researched web-based supports for parents of children with ASD.  She is the past President of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis, where she has been involved with the Public Policy committee since 2012, and a member since 2007.  Ann is a member of the  The Association for Professional Behavior Analysts and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.  Ann establish BehaviorWorks in 2006 with the focus of supervision and  to support of the growing ABA needs of Children with Autism and their parents.  Ann has an array of interests all of which serve the end goal of supporting people to reach their personal and professional goals through the science of Behavior Analysis. Sustainable change is Ann's driving force!

Casey Nelson, PsyD, HSPP, Psychologist

Dr. Nelson is an accomplished Director of Clinical Services with broad and successful experience in managing diagnosis and treatment programming for a wide variety of individuals, especially children and adults with intellectual disability, mental illness, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has a clear and consistent record of designing and implementing successful transitions from large residential facilities to community-based programs. Dr. Nelson has strong team leadership and program management skills, with a proven ability to bring complex projects to completion on time and within budget.  He is skilled in recruiting and training stable and effective clinical teams. And we are thankful that he has been a proud supporter of BehaviorWorks all the way!

Molly Quinn, MA, BCBA, Behavior Analyst

Molly Quinn started out her career as a special education teacher 10 years ago, but began working as a behavior technician in 2010 and immediately fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis.  She was promoted to the role of ‘Parent Training Consultant’ shortly after.  This is where Molly found her true passion; teaching individuals and their families within their home and communities. This passion led her here, to BehaviorWorks ABA. Molly graduated with her Master’s Degree in ABA, from Ball State University in May 2013 and received her BCBA certification in February of 2014 and is certified in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. Molly consistently receives RAVE reviews from parents during our annual satisfaction survey. Molly, with her excellent clinical skills and compassion for parents continues to enrich the lives of her teammates, the families she supports and her clients.
